Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancelling before the program starts
If you withdraw before the first class session, you receive a full refund (100%) of all tuition you have paid.
Withdrawing after the program starts
Refunds are calculated on the tuition you have paid, based on the week you withdraw:
- During Week 1: 80% refund
- During Weeks 2–3: 50% refund
- During Weeks 4–6: 25% refund
- After Week 6 (the midpoint of the program): no refund
Installment payments
If you are paying in installments, your refund is calculated on the amount you have actually paid at the time you withdraw, using the same schedule above. Any remaining unpaid installments are cancelled when you withdraw.
How to withdraw and request a refund
Email info@sdcareerschool.com with your full name and a short note that you are withdrawing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.
Please note: this policy applies to tuition only; San Diego Career School charges no separate application or materials fees. The Certificate of Completion is awarded only on successful completion of the program; withdrawing does not entitle a student to a certificate.
